Virulent

In late January, I was given the opportunity to work as a "Design Team Intern" for the Learning Games Network[1], a group of developers creating games at the University of Wisconsin. Since then, I've been responsible for a large amount of programming as well as designing sound effects and music on the team's pilot project, Virulent.

So, what is Virulent?

In my humble words, Virulent is an action-strategy game intended to teach Systems Biology to middle school and high school students, specifically in the cycle of viral infection and reproduction.
